Hours of operation: 7 days a week, 8am to 11pm EST
- Select the service you require from the “Service Type” drop-down menu.
- Enter the ETS number.
- Adjust power and sleep settings to prevent the computer from going to sleep.
- Click “Submit” and open the file that downloads
(In cases of service disruption, a representative will issue a session key for reconnection)
