Hours of operation: 7 days a week, 8am to 11pm EST

  1. Select the service you require from the “Service Type” drop-down menu.
  2. Enter the ETS number.
  3. Adjust power and sleep settings to prevent the computer from going to sleep.
  4. Click “Submit” and open the file that downloads

(In cases of service disruption, a representative will issue a session key for reconnection)
